About Our Team
Ken Scott Real Estate is a multi-faceted, full service, real estate office; as well as buying, selling, and leasing residential, residential income, vacant land, and commercial real estate, we also offer Property Management. We are a family owned and operated business and most of our REALTORS® have been practicing real estate for at least a decade (some of us even several decades), resulting in a well rounded team of experienced, knowledgeable professionals who can help guide you through even the most complex real estate transactions.
Broker/Owner Ken Scott has been a REALTOR® since 1992, earning several top producer awards in his early years and very quickly showing his ambition by earning the title of Office Manager at Spellacy and Associates REALTORS®, Inc, in 1995, where he remained until early 2010 and had the honor of being a "right hand" to the late Freddie Spellacy. Over the years, he has experienced many different aspects of the Real Estate world and his strict attention to detail has yielded a very knowledgeable understanding of the Real Estate industry, helping Ken Scott to quickly become a prominent and well respected name in Inland Empire Real Estate.
All of us at Ken Scott Real Estate are REALTORS® and proud members of the: East Valley Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®.
Ken Scott served as the 2013 President of the East Valley Association of REALTORS®, oversaw the construction of EVAR's new headquarters in 2015, served as a director for the California Association of REALTORS in 2016, has chaired numerous committees, and is currently serving his 8th term on EVAR's Board of Directors.
REALTOR® and Office Manager Jonathan Heggi served as Region 1 director on EVAR's Board of Directors from 2012 through 2014 and was the Marketing Advisory Leader of EVAR's Young Professional's Network in 2016.
