We are an individual, independent office. Management is readily available at the office daily for any assistance you may need and there are no "caps" or "quotas" to meet. Our generous commission schedule rewards you for working hard without the risk of losing those rewards if you decide you want to take a second to breathe. We won't charge you a fee for taking that breath either... just subtract a small, flat rate, Errors and Omissions Insurance fee from your commission split on each transaction and the rest goes right in your pocket.
