    We pride ourselves on being one of the last "old school" offices around. We won't nickel and dime you for anything and everything you do (or DON'T do). So before you commit to a traditional franchise office where a BIG chunk of your hard earned commission is taken out of every check and sent to the franchised name on the building (which, according to the National Association of REALTORS' annual buyer/seller survey, 9 out of 10 home buyers and sellers don't care about when choosing their REALTOR®)....or a "100%" commission franchise where you get to keep "100%" of your commission - minus a hefty monthly desk/office fee (yes, even on the months when you don't sell anything) - minus a generous "transaction" fee when you do sell a house, we encourage you to compare and do the math yourself...you'll be hard pressed to take home more from another brokerage!

     We are an individual, independent office. Management is readily available at the office daily for any assistance you may need and there are no "caps" or "quotas" to meet. Our generous commission schedule rewards you for working hard without the risk of losing those rewards if you decide you want to take a second to breathe. We won't charge you a fee for taking that breath either... just subtract a small, flat rate, Errors and Omissions Insurance fee from your commission split on each transaction and the rest goes right in your pocket. That's it! No magic formulas or laundry lists of fees.
